Hi, I’m Zoe! If you have a growing to-do list around the house, a yard that needs some love, or general maintenance tasks you just haven’t found the time for, I’m here to help.\nI’ve been a "jack of all trades" since my teenage years, taking on a wide variety of odd jobs and building a robust, hands-on skill set over the years. Because I’ve spent a lifetime learning how things work—and how to fix them when they don't—I offer a level of versatility that saves you the hassle of hiring multiple different contractors.\nWhether you need routine preventative maintenance to protect your investment, a quick repair, detailed cleaning, or seasonal lawn care, I approach every project with problem-solving grit and sharp attention to detail. No job is too small, and I pride myself on being reliable, efficient, and transparent from start to finish.

"We had a leak in one of our bathrooms on the second floor of our home. The wood floors of two bedrooms were completely damaged. We started looking for a company to take care of this problem and we came across Martinez Wood Floors. What a great work they did! They came on the same day to provide us with an estimate. Their prices were excellent. By Saturday they were already working in our house. They had to remove all that flooring and install new one. By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. We did it to all rooms, and OMG they look beautiful. Wonderful work with exquisite taste. Worth hiring this company"

"This job was steam cleaning tile floor in living area and steam cleaning chair, Excellent, professional, knowledgeable."

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.
