"We had our home, pool area, car garage and feed barn cleaned and what an amazing job Dustin did- everything looks brand new. We are selling our property and wanted it to look nice and clean and Dustin got it done. Very professional and polite and very hard working. We was so impressed we have him coming back to do our RV enclosure and stables. Reasonable price and he went the extra mile to clean and cover our cameras so they didn’t get damaged. Would 100% recommend this company."

Small jobs welcome

"I recently hired Squeaky Clean to tidy up my home, I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish their professionalism shown through. The booking process was seamless, and they were accommodating with scheduling. The cleaner arrived properly, and was equipped with all the necessary tools and products. She tackled every nook and cranny with precision and care, leaving my home, sparkling clean. Which stood out to me, was her attention to detail, she didnâ t miss a spot. Additionally she was friendly and courteous throughout the service, making the entire experience pleasant. The rates were also reasonable for that level of service provided. Overall, I highly recommend Squeaky Clean to anyone in need of top notch cleaning services. She exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be using, her services again in the future."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Iron, or ferrous sulfate, is one of the fastest methods for killing moss. As such, you’ll find this ingredient in many lawn fertilizers and lawn killers. Vinegar is another solution for quickly killing moss. It takes just 15 to 20 minutes for vinegar to take effect. A harsher method is bleach, which also has a similar time frame for taking effect.

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

Flat roofs are a solid option for people who want extra outdoor space. Flat roofs are very common in other parts of the world and only recently has the U.S. started to see the benefit in the increased space. Flat roofs are also easier to maintain and pose much less of a safety risk, which allows for more DIY work for handy homeowners. Some people also build green or living roofs that grow plant life.

You should clean your panels at least twice a year. It depends on your location. In dusty climates (think the Arizona desert), you may need to clean your panels more frequently. Dust can dramatically impact the electrical output. If you live in a climate with extreme weather, you may want to check your panels seasonally.

Both bleach and vinegar are effective at killing and removing moss from surfaces like driveways. Bleach tends to have a longer-lasting effect, potentially keeping moss away for up to a year, whereas vinegar may require more frequent applications. However, vinegar is a non-chemical option that is gentler on the environment. A key consideration is the surface you are treating, as both substances can stain or discolor certain paver materials. It is recommended to test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause damage.
