Since I live in a different state, he did everything from evaluation, sourcing the tile, and figuring out a solution for a small hiccup that occurred during installation. The only reason I didn't rate the quality a 5 is because of a small area of grout that wasn't filled in and the color didn't match. It really wasn't a big deal because it was hidden by a vanity. I would hire him again for sure!"

"I was very happy with the finished product overall. The floor and shower tile came out great. The stand alone tub looks like a spa hotel with high end wall mounted fixtures. They were also able to build me a large towel/supply closet that I did not have with the original layout. The only issues I had were a few miscommunications with the guys doing the work, and I wish the painter would have taped off and covered the vanity. Both issues were not that bad though because I was able to reach Jeff pretty quickly when I did have a question or needed to clarify any work issues. The paint job was overall pretty good too, but it was a little inconvenient getting little paint droplets off the vanity top. The custom shower door took a little longer than expected and extended the finish date of the remodel a little, but not that big of a deal. The finished product look way better than before and looks like a high end luxury hotel bathroom."
