I call Blackwelder's (Brian) and asked the same thing... he quoted me a price but then said, "but before we do that we should..." Long story short. He saved my existing well did a bunch of pressure checking and parts replacement. When I got the bill I was amazed I thought it was going to be double that amount! Bottom line he saved my well, saved me money and educated me on several points at the same time. What a great experience."

When we met with Lelia Hattersley of Culver Construction, she assured us that they could build us a house of this design, only a much better quality. We chose 2 lots that we wanted to join together as one lot and called Paul Culver who walked the lot with us and approved the lot for building. He obtained the plans for the house we wanted and we were able to easily make any changes that we wanted (front porch & patio, high ceilings). During construction we worked regularly with Paul and Lelia, making choices every step of the way for kitchen, paint, cabinets, flooring, etc. The whole project was done on time as promised and the building costs were exactly as we agreed upon.
