The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

The next day he came in to look at the project and right away, I could feel the confidence he had. he started the job a few days later worked every day and didn?t stop until he finished. It took about 14 days. he cleaned up before he left. My bathroom is gorgeous. Everybody that sees it can?t stop saying how nice it is.
