At the conclusion of the work the sprinkler system was determined to be inadequate to support the new sod. The sprinkler system was upgraded/restored with work beginning in the afternoon and continuing late into the evening so that the new sod would be preserved. MDM assumed full responsibility for the project and worked to assure a successful conclusion. The associated fees were appropriate and fair. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value.
