Over the years of working in the construction business we have built and worked on thousands of homes and now most of the homes that we build around the coast achieve 190 mph+ wind ratings. Before construction we do deep SBT drilling to rule out any unseen sinkhole or raveling soil conditions that are so prevalent all throughout Florida. Most builders do 20' if any at all.
