He scheduled a convenient time to meet at my home to look at my projects, and he was actually even a little early for our appointment. He provided a fair quote within 2 days and started work a few days after that. I had several projects so he was at my house for a few days. Steve showed up on time each day and cleaned up the work area each evening before he left. He stayed in contact with me at each step of the project and finished timely. Steve was very courteous, personable, and professional. I'm very happy with the service he provided and the repairs that were done."
