They met with me a couple of times during the project to show me what had been done and what limitations they were looking at based on the condition of the concrete. They completed the work and showed me what they had accomplished. I was extremely satisfied with their work. Great team and good representatives of LRE Ground Services/Foundation Repair."

"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"From start of the job to completion everything went very smooth! Tarek the sales representative for Holeman, Inc. followed through with everything needed and everything we asked about the process! Andrew also followed through and kept us updated with process! The team that put the Hardie board on our house (Mike and Danny) worked extremely hard and our house looks beautiful with the new siding! "This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."

"This is a terrible company. Nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. My generator was installed after long delays. The enclosure they built does not drain well. The door for the enclosure was never installed. I have called many times and left messages. They wanted me to sign a service contract. Never! I will look for a reputable service company. I have contacted the Generac main office to file complaints."

"2020 has passed and we couldn't be happier with our completed first floor project, thanks to Jim Rutherford Construction. Jim was willing to tackle what other local well known contractors were either unwilling to consider or bid so high as to be unaffordable. Our project proved to be a technical challenge from the onset, raise the ground floor by almost a foot of concrete, completely rebuild the first floor by installing 3 impact French doors, 3 impact doors and 4 impact windows, cut off support an internal staircase including modifying framing around a dumbwaiter, reframe and replace every exterior wall from 4' down. Plus an added surprise rebuilding and repairing 45' of a heavily spalled concrete tie-beam in less than a week. We're still amazed at how quickly and confidently Jim set about taking on the project, he seemed to have it figured out before we even committed to getting started. He knew just right carpenters and subs to assign the work to. Once they began, they never stopped till the project was completed. Workmanship was outstanding, inspections were a breeze. I commend Jim and his crew for the quality of work and attention to detail, no shortcuts taken, stainless hardware/fasteners throughout and only pressure treated lumber. Add them all up and we have a completely new remodeled permitted downstairs ready to withstand the elements. It is without hesitation we'd recommend Jim Rutherford Construction for any project or home construction. Professional, polite and a pleasure to do business with."
