"I put out a feeler and the job was completely done in 2 parts within 9 days. They did an awesome job .The job was everything we Imagined It would be. We loved every bit of there service from beginning to the final product. They tore out trees, laid sod, put in a rock plant garden with a fountain and made sure you were up to date with every purchase and supplied you with all receipts."

"They were the best! Quick and efficient. They were able to locate three leaks in the pool and repaired them on the spot. It has been several weeks now and I only have the normal evaporation. Prior to the fix, I was losing about 5 inches in three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Chris, from Progressive, came out last week to review the issues I was having with low water pressure in all zones (I have 5 in total).  Chris determined that it was probably due to clogged well.     Chris was the first irrigation pro to suggest that the cause was due to a dirty well and not due to some other reason, that in the past other irrigation pros had suggested and failed to fix my low pressure problem.      Chris sent me a quote, and the work was scheduled to be done on Monday, May 9.    Chris' brother, Tom, came out on 5/9 and began the process to clean the well, which was quite dirty.    The chemicals used to clean the well need to sit for a couple of hours so Tom left and came back at around 6pm, with his worker, Scott and stayed until 8pm.    The well was running clean but when he started up the system, he found that the control valve head filters (5) were very dirty and suggested that new control valve filters be installed because there was no way to clean the existing filter.    A new filter was $15 each, however,  I went for a complete new control valve (5 total)  because it was a little more but made more sense in the long run.    Since Tom did not have the parts he needed on his truck, he had to come back today (5/10) to complete the job.    Tom re-set my irrigation system and all zones are working better than I have ever seen them function since I've owned my home.    Tom and Scott were extremely polite, took time to explain everything they were doing, and worked clean!     If you want the best in irrigation and well repair, look no further and call Progressive Pump and Irrigation.   I'm extremely happy that I found such a knowledgeable irrigation pro and recommend them highly!!!

"Punctual. The work was done fast but the results were visibly notable. My driveway and sidewalks looked almost brand new. They don’t fix cracks. My roof and fence look brand new. The neighbor commented that I got a new roof while he was gone. HA HA."

"Outstanding! Greg is extraordinarily talented. Our lawn and landscaping had ongoing problems for years. We phoned Greg, and he set an appointment with us, and went over our lawn and landscaping, one problem at a time, making a detailed and strategical plan to take care of our problems, as well as beautify our home in the short- and long-term. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. We found out that he had a background in engineering, so he knew exactly how to address our water flow issues; and with his artistic eye, he came up with a unique plan to beautify our home, with little maintenance for us. He worked with us to get HOA Approval, and answered all of our questions. Again, the goal was not just the short-term satisfaction, which we have previously had (and been disappointed by) with other landscapers. Instead, he was highly-strategical, artistic, and completely oriented towards the customer's needs and budget. The team installing the landscape was extremely skilled, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. They were polite and didn't even bother us at all. In the end, Greg far exceeded our expectations. We were surprised at the way he solved our problems, yet developed such a unique look to our backyard, we even caught our neighbors eyeing our landscaping. Last but not least, he did not go over budget at all. There were no "hidden charges." The work was completed beautifully and within the timeframe mentioned, which was done efficiently, quietly, and well. We would highly-recommend Florida Outdoor Landscape again; and will be contacting them again, without hesitation, for any of our future needs."

Fountains questions, answered by experts

One of the most important parts of building a pond is digging the right depth. Your pond needs to be at least one to two feet deep. The specifics of the depth will depend on factors such as the placement of the pond and whether you plan on having fish. If you have fish in your pond, it will need to be at least two feet deep.

A good rule of thumb is to change 5% to 15% of your koi pon’s water every week. Partial water changes help keep your koi healthy, and replacing small amounts at a time prevents causing stress for the fish.

The average pond maintenance cost is $2,000. But how much you pay to take care of your pond depends on multiple factors, such as the size of the pond and whether fish live in it. Your area's climate also affects the overall maintenance cost, as you may need to winterize your pond to protect it and any aquatic life in it during the colder months.

Yes, waterfall edges are still in style and even considered a kitchen classic. At one time, they were considered trendy, but now homeowners appreciate them for their timeless appeal, which adds value to your home.

Natural swimming pools are designed to deter pests, including mosquitoes. While any body of water can potentially attract pests, the natural filtration system keeps the water clean and constantly moving. Mosquitoes specifically are attracted to standing water, so the continuously circulating water in a natural pool makes it an inhospitable environment for them.
