Kayco Roofing is the first choice of First Coast homeowners. Our owner, Clark Briggs, insists on exceeding your expectations. The boss accepts nothing less than the best, since he knows you have a choice of roofing contractors, and you have honored us with your business.

"We were building a home and Kayco installed the roof. Looked good at first till first light when we were shocked from the wrinkles all over. Kayco was immediately notified within two days after install, since install was a Saturday. He proceeded to argue it wasn't his fault. I told him his supervisor was well aware of our concerns and chose to proceed. He did not care! I asked about warranty. Still no resolution. We entered rainy season and various other problems arose. Much too lengthy to get into here. We hired a professional inspector to which we found many more issues. The Kayco company also refused to pay their supplier and they placed a lien on our property, which they had every right, so we paid that. It was a lot of stress to endure from, in my opinion, a company that had no regard to owning up to its responsibilities. We will have no choice but to have the court systems resolve the matter. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!!!!"
