This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. Element came and gave suggestions for grading and a water drainage ditch to pull the water away from the house and porch. They were quick and very clean. "Excellent!! In my newly purchased home, I wanted the color in the master bedroom changed. The existing paint job was excellent - I just wanted a different color (from blue to gray). When I showed Matt my choices he made a suggestion (a warmer gray as opposed to a cooler gray for the bedroom). I am so glad I followed his advice. Matt arrived on time with all tools and materials. He removed wall plates and covered trim. He asked me to look after the first coat to make sure he was doing what I wanted. Then, when finished - it was so beautiful! The color turned out to be perfect and completely covered the old color. The job was spotless in that there were no skipped spaces and no disturbance to the already perfectly done trim and closet door (which were white). Matt is so professional and also so personable. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"
