He removed wall plates and covered trim. He asked me to look after the first coat to make sure he was doing what I wanted. Then, when finished - it was so beautiful! The color turned out to be perfect and completely covered the old color. The job was spotless in that there were no skipped spaces and no disturbance to the already perfectly done trim and closet door (which were white). Matt is so professional and also so personable. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day.
