I brought a Samsung television purchased in 2014 that stopped powering up for no apparent reason except for normal use (1000s of hours) to Doctor TV yesterday. I called Eduardo first to explain the red power button pilot light went dark and the screen went blank during use and refused to turn back on. I delivered the dead TV to him and dropped it off. He telephoned a few hours later to say it was a good television and was working fine now, I think he replaced the power supply board inside and made it good as new. I picked it up today and saved myself a delivery service charge. Thank you Doctor TV for saving my television and saving me another $1000 shopping at Best Buy or Brandsmart. I hope I get another 10 years out of it. Follow the Google or Yelp directions to Doctor TV for great service or schedule onsite service at his 4932 number.

Degree of damage too great, 1 month past warranty. Very satisfied with work and personality. Only issue was late, and had to reschedule my other appointment .

Eduardo from Doctor TV arrived after our call on a Sunday. He was both knowledgeable and polite as he went through his diagnostics to identify the issue. Ultimately needing to replace a faulty cable box which we will do through Xfinity. We're completely satisfied with TV Doctor and will use him if needed in the future.
