So, we ended up doing everything with them and it was very convenient because we did not want different people in our home. The wood arrived on the following week, free shipping is a pro, and took about a week to acclimate it. During that time, they removed the tile and prepared the conditions to install the floor. The installation process was a breeze. I
thought there was going to be a lot of dust, but that was not the case. They were very organized and clean. The owner was always on top of the employees to make sure everything went smoothly. I did take the time to tell them whenever something did not look the way I wanted and that is something that every homeowner should do. They were always willing to correct any imperfections that might had been left without any problem, and we appreciate that. We give them an A+ on communication and customer service, they even gave us a cleaning kit to take care of the floors afterwards. This is the way you do business. "Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.
