  We just completed a large project and couldn't be happier. GGL built a 550 SF addition to our house consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Alterations were also required to an existing bedroom, closet, and hallway to accommodate the addition. Gavin, Greg, and Gillian were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Gavin, being the main project manager was always available, listened to our requests, and was overall very easy to work with. The work moved at a nice pace and the final product is beautiful and of high quality. During a large project like this, there were inevitability a handful of hiccups but the most important thing is GGL addressed them all very honestly and fairly. All of their subs performed high quality work, with a big shout out to their tile guy who really made our bathroom beautiful and the electrician who went above and beyond to make sure everything was precise. Overall we are very happy we went with GGL and will use them again for future projectsshow more

  All Claims determined the work to be done, submitted the necessary forms to my Insurance Co, ie, water damage remediation , MB suite, built in closets, removed and replaced, carpet removed and replaced, interior walls and ceilings painted etc., also the roof had to be replaced. All Claims is most reliable and in particular KUDOS to the project Mgr, Tom Alexander a real professional.   Perry Lap ruined many things for me. My advice would be to stay VERY far away from him and guard your wallet. He has hurt many people. In my opinion it would be hard to find a more dishonest person.

  From the very first meeting with our job supervisor, Frankie Soriano, we felt confident that this was the company we needed to navigate through this unknown world of insurance and reconstruction. During the several weeks of work, we met many of the Home Angel's crew (plumbers, drywall experts, painters, etc) and every one of them was kind, compassionate, and professional. The work was always done to perfection and completed on the original time schedule set up for us by Frankie. Every phone call or text was answered promptly. The communication from beginning to end was excellent. Each member of the team truly understood the emotional difficulty of our situation and treated us with tremendous respect and care. In actuality my husband and I looked forward to whoever came to our condo because they were all so pleasant and there were many funny, light hearted moments. I believe this company has worked hard to develop the right approach to dealing with people who are going through such a traumatic and displacing event. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is faced with the daunting experience of both mold remediation and subsequent rebuild of their home, condo or apartment.   I bought a small single-family home in Williamsburg near Humboldt and Jackson, shelled out $60,000 for a contractor that put me off over and over and then kept my money and vanished. I was as jaded as one could be with the contractor/GC profession in NY. But, I had to renovate the 110-year-old, rotted out house. I bid contractors and did site visits for over 6 months. Big firms and small. All estimated the job time at 6 to 10 months and at a huge cost that was always double my budget. I found Picasso on this website and due to his reviews, called. He actually answered the phone, listened to my story, my concerns, my requirements and didn’t blink. He walked through my project and then required that I visit his past projects before he would offer a price as he wanted me to be sure he was for real. I visited a couple of his projects. He let me visit his past clients’ homes without him being with me. I spoke at length with the home owners, in their homes and it appeared as though his reviews were real. Being still a skeptic, I hired George/Picasso. George told me he could finish the entire house in 10 weeks. That again had me in disbelief but daring to hope. That included a complete backyard, finished basement, new roof structure/roofing, and gut remodel of both stories of the house. My house was to be a 2.5 bath, 2 bed with skylights in the vaulted master ceiling and full paver back yard with brick flower boxes. It was a 1 bath home that had not been renovated since the 60’s. It had sag issues, water damage and 100 years of rot. After literally a few of days the house was gutted and materials were starting to arrive. Picasso brings a crew of 10 to the house ever day and always the same personnel. George was at the house most every day as well. As they encountered issues in the house, the crew tackled and repaired/replaced all the problems that could not be seen from the initial walk-through. Believe it or not, George never asked me for an additional dollar. His price is his price. His crew handles issues. As a person on a very tight budget, it was a God-send. Picasso was happy to do a labor-only bid and I opened a direct account with a supply store. I received a detailed bill from the supplier for every piece of material. Every nail, screw and board. I have pictures of the before and the after. I also welcome any future client of Picasso who wishes it to visit my home, see the pictures and hear the story of how Picasso built me a home, managed the sub-contractors, finished the project on time and helped to keep me sane in the processshow more

  We’ve used America Remodeling three times already and will likely continue to use their services for any other project. The first project they did was to completely remodel two bathrooms. Then they painted the whole house. The third project that just completed was to remove an atrium in the middle of our house, close the space and extend the kitchen. Roberto and his workers are extremely professional and.courteous. They showed up on time every time, stayed until the work was done, worked diligently and did an amazing job. Sometimes they even came on the weekends to ensure the projects completed on time. The quality of work is uncompromising. These guys know what they’re doing. We’ve also found that the pricing for the projects was very reasonable and they always stayed within the budget. Amazing company, amazing results. We are lucky to have found them.
