He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. They kept me informed throughout the process. They rescued my old home and treated it with care. "He was here whenever he said he was going to be here. They followed through with everything exactly the way that he had explained that he would. But we had someone else initially remodel the bathrooms, and they did a really bad job that made them unusable, and he was able to come in and write the following: that and this, everything, and make professional suggestions for things that should have been done the right way. There were also a lot of professional suggestions as to what grout we needed. He’s very helpful in getting the correct tile and grout to make sure that our showers will last for years."
