He made the floor look like new, and in a very affordable way. This was one of a number of jobs he has done for us over a decade or so. He is always prompt, courteous and professional. His prices are extremely fair, and he is always honest about his level of confidence in his ability to do any given job. If he tells you he knows exactly how to do a job, you can count on it. "

"I hired Carlos to wash the exterior of my homes. While part of the work was done properly, the job was left incomplete because the wooden stair areas were not cleaned. These areas were included in previous exterior washes, but this time they were excluded without notifying me in advance. When I raised the issue, I was told it would require an additional charge, even though the job already felt unfinished. I also made it clear from the beginning that I was not planning to clean the roof, but the solution offered was to return only if I agreed to a roof cleaning. Overall, the communication and job completion did not meet expectations, and I was disappointed that I may have to finish the remaining work myself."
