Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. He also made every effort to keep our large foxtail palms. I would highly recommend this company and will hire them again should the need arise."
