Customers say: Quick response

"We’re beyond grateful for Lance and the incredible team at LRN Services. They transformed our one-acre lot—removing dense, overgrown azalea bushes and several trees, hauling in fresh dirt, and meticulously raking and leveling the entire area to prepare it for sod. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the pricing was more than fair. But what truly sets Lance apart is his genuine care and commitment to your project—he treats it like it’s his own. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire LRN Services again, and we wholeheartedly recommend them for any land clearing or property prep you have in mind."

I have been in the general contracting buisness for little over 6 years now and have seen my fareshare of really everything. From my junk removal to building decks, and remodels I am very confident I can and will meet your wants and needs in every job! Located in the Navarre area but we travel to surrounding city’s. We’ve seen our fair share of junk filled houses that get cleaned out, to many staircases that are bringing your loved ones up to many restaurants, to cleaning up yards we are a 1 stop shop for all. I am very excited to do buisness with you! I am a very talented young man with a straight head on my shoulders trying to provide for my family. "This tree was very stressful. It was literally just a few inches from my home. With that in mind , choosing someone to do this job was also stressful. Joe came looked at the hugh tree. He was very professional and understanding of my fear. He was confident in his ability to be able to do job. He arrived to do job an got started, using a zip line technique which was so amazing got top of tree down. Then for the massive part he assisted the situation several times to get the perfect landing zone. Then started wedging this monster took lots of care in not sawing into my home. And is it hit the ground I sighed in relief. The clean up begun a amazing job was done on everything. You ask would I hire him again DEFINITELY. While he was here 1 of my neighbors ask Joe to give a assessment. So they was impressed by he's ability. So need a tree down call Joe."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

Land survey reports have a boatload of information relevant to several scenarios. Here are the types of information contained with a survey, though it depends on your chosen type of land survey. Exact boundaries and dimensions of a given property General topography, including both natural and artificial landmarks Location of utility fixtures, like water mains Confirmation of any easements or encroachments on a piece of property Assessment of land elevation to buy flood insurance Updated information to add to a pre-existing property map

Land surveys don’t technically expire. They do serve as a point of reference and a snapshot of your property, though, so as soon as you make changes to your property (and even if your neighbor makes certain changes to theirs), your existing land survey becomes inaccurate, and a new one must be done. Even if you don’t make any changes to your property, many states only guarantee the accuracy of a land survey for five to ten years.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time. Your professional may lengthen your road to create switchbacks if the slope directly to your home is too steep, as there are regulations for maximum road slope. The drainage system will help prevent runoff from the higher side of the slope from damaging the asphalt or concrete. Keep in mind that building a road on a slope isn’t a good DIY project, as a lot can go wrong.
