As of now, I am a "one man" team that provides high quality results for a very reasonable price. I mostly work for management companies though do many private jobs. I usually bill the management co, however mostly require cash for private work. Unfortunately, do not at this time accept credit cards but please note I do not require up front deposits and only expect to be paid when work is completed to your satisfaction.
