Painted the interior and exterior of the house with two coats of SW's best. Sealed the exterior
stucco prior to painting. Repaired cracks in the stucco with an elastomeric caulk. Filled in all holes in interior wall until they were smooth. Repaired some minor drywall issues. Paid attention to detail and therefore there was only minimal cleanup and touch up. Paul was 20% less expensive than the next lower of the three bids I got. Do not know how the job could have been done better.
I also had Paul paint the exterior of another house and he also did the same great job and was once again the lowest bidder. This job entailed some minor stucco repair and you can not even tell where the repair took place, He reproduced the knock down finish perfectly.
