After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. "Very pleased with EcoWater Systems. Marcus came out to our house to explain our options based on our water quality. We have very hard water, which we knew, so we didn't qualify for the water softener that was only $1200.00, however, he still had a coupon for several hundred dollars off of another system. We had already shopped for systems and knew this was a fair price. We felt he gave an honest presentation and was not a hard sell or pushed us to up-sell, which we liked. He did offer additional  products and services but when we decided against them, he did not push us. The installation was scheduled two days later (per our schedule, he could have had it next day). The installer, Dave, was very professional. He clearly explained the process prior to the start, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and gave a very good brief explanation of the product and what we would need to do (which turns out to be nothing because their route maintenance is extremely reasonable and we signed up for it). We have only had the system for one day but everything they told us worked just as expected. I saved some water from the tap prior to the install to compare with after the install and the difference was amazing! So far, we can already tell the difference in drinking quality, laundry and showers. The fact that the regeneration water is beneficial to our yard (potassium) is just one more added benefit! I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

Jim was very helpful in assisting us in selecting a new toilet and even had his plumber pick up the new toilet for us.  As usual they did a fine job- removing the old toilet, installing the new one and cleaning up the area.

"They dealt with pulling up flooring, swapping out our cupboards, and took down drywall. He also cleaned everything in our home; he washed our walls and paid to have all clothes/furniture laundered. He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. I decided to go with him over two other providers based upon his extremely detailed and comprehensive estimate.  

He was very good at coordinating with his subcontractors and also with the the installation people from Lowe's."

"I called Don in the beginning of the week and he worked around my schedule and was there, on time, by the end of the same week. What should have been an easy faucet replacement was complicated by the fact that the hole in my granite was smaller than the new faucet I had purchased. When Don told me this, I was sure I would have to go find a new faucet to fit the hole but he persevered and was determined. He was able to make the hole larger without damaging my granite and the finished product looks beautiful. He cleaned up any mess that was made and is very professional. I will absolutely call Don again!"

"Villalba Homes utilized several sub-contractors (masons, roofers, carpenters, electricians, pavers, framers, etc.).  Their professionalism was amazing.  Whenever one sub-contractor was finished, the next one showed up the next day.  If an inspection was needed, the inspector arrived within 24 hours.  The entire project was like a well oiled machine and the quality of the work exceptional. As an example, at the outset of the job I presented my idea of a new roof line.  They came back with a suggested roof line which was much better than mine, much more creative, and I accepted it immediately.   I had not known about this company before this job and did not know any of its employees.  I can only report that they were outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone.

"Done within an hour, no more leak. Originally request to fix the leak but on the second thought, since it was an old faucet that might leak again, have it replace with a new one. Glad Have it done because the old faucet is corroded full of rust on the bottom."
