"It was a disaster, insisted in cash which would have been a red flag and repeated promised a partial refund, but never received. He promised the spot would be better when it dried and I said fine, He was here 50 minutes and when he left, the spot was still there. It's a big spot. He said it would be better when it dried but it was no better when it dried and there was a hole in the fabric. When he left I thought it was okay but it did not look better and he accidentally left the bottle of the product that he was using in his machine and the product clearly says, DO NOT USE ON LEATHER."

Our commercial client file is filled with many well known clients such as Boeing Helicopters, Fleming Foods, Philadelphia Country Club, Pediatric Associates, Orthopedic Associates, Nolan-Fidale Funeral Homes, Cathedral Village, Boiron USA, The Goddard School, The Agnes Irwin School, and Realtors and Property Managers too numerous to mention. Our head technicians have been with us for 15-25 years and have attended the Bane Clene School for Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We use no sub contractors and there is no smoking on your premises. We bring our own clean water and take away the dirty water. We leave behind no dirty, foul smelling water and there is never any bad odors. The pricing was a bit higher than some other companies, but they had a fixed price list that took all the guess work out of the pricing process. This also meant that we would not be subject to "upselling" for additional services when the work was being done. There was no "bait and switch" pricing or "upselling" pressure from this company. This was greatly appreciated. The cleaning was professionally done, we were pleased with the result, and would definitely use them again."
