He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems. "I ordered a new Chromebook. They sent me a fake "your item shipped" notice. After I didn't receive it in time for a birthday present (because it hadn't shipped yet), I I told them to cancel and refund my money. I never received a refund because they lied again and they shipped it anyway. It was not even in a box as a new Chromebook, not the same chromebook I ordered, had a huge 3" crack by the keyboard, mouse pad is pushed in, the word "IT" is scratched in the screen, and it is filthy dirty."
