We are a small general contracting company that have been in business since 1991. We specialize in home additions, garages and remodeling. All our customer jobs receive a computer printed quote for there projects. Large projects come with a computer written detail list and if excepted will receive a contract along with a payment draw schedule.

We needed an exterior vent cover replaced which was challenging because the old vent cover had cracked and was still attached to the inner duct. James did an excellent job. He removed the old cover and cleaned the area so that the new cover fit perfectly. Also, he noticed that the condensation hose to our HVAC system needed caulking, so he cleaned up the old caulk and applied fresh caulk - beautiful job!!!
