The company installed the porch in the Spring of 2020 (May). During the contracting process it was noted by my father-in-law that the door on their drawings was not the desired door, and needed to be changed. It was noted by the company owner, Frank, but during installation, the crew installed the wrong door. A replacement was promised, and despite the incomplete job, my father-in-law paid Frank in full. In fact, Frank stood in my house and promised a "cleaning crew would be by this week to clean the windows and finalize the installation..." - never happened! It's now September, and the replacement door has not been installed despite two appointments scheduled by Premier when the "replacement door was shipped to us..." but in fact were not the correct door. Frank gave us his cell phone number when he received the full payment - but ignores/doesn't return any messages left on his cell phone. It's been four full months, and we still have not received a completed project. I am in a new development, and many of my neighbors have asked me for a reference for Premier...which is not given!

The stainless steel track that our door rolled over snapped.  I checked Angie's list and found this company.  We arranged for them to come and see our door.  Two men arrived on time.  They inspected the door and said it did not need new rollers, just the stainless strip.  My husband had purchased one and they used it.  The door was heavy and we could not have done it by ourselves.  They both worked for 45 minutes and left the door in perfect condition.

I called and the owner came out and gave us an  estimate. I decided to purchase the windows but was warned that the windows would not be in for 6-8 weeks which was when they arrived.

The windows were installed quickly and cleanly by 2 installers, who answered all of my questions.

Called on a Thursday afternoon around 3pm requesting installation be done early the next day. Felt rushed but alternative was to wait till end of following week. Awaken by doorbell at 8:10AM. Being retired, we usually get up between 7:30 and 8:30. Obviously I dressed quickly to answer the door.
Install went okay except for two problems. There are seven sections of windows. We decided to have the top of the 4 panel window gray with the bottom three panels clear. One of the sections came with the top panel clear. I pointed that out to the supervisor of the crew, total of 3 people. There is also one other panel where the vinyl is scratched. Supervisor says that will clear up but after a few days it hasn't, not that I expected it would, and will call it in before they come back to replace the clear panel with gray.
Do have spackling to do on top area of the patio. That is from poor construction on builders part, not Premier.

Horrible.

This first job that this company did in October 2013 was to replace a cracked window in a porch. That went fine except for the fact that they don't call you to let you know when they're ready to replace the window. The customer has to call them. However, I have since learned that the same company has done other work in this house for the former owner.

This company enclosed the porch at our house in 2004. It was initially a screened-in porch. This company added glass windows and electric system. They charged over $12,000 for the job. They also stated in the proposal that they would install insulation under the deck and ceiling. We have since learned that the insulation was never added. When I called the company, they said that they were under new ownership and were not liable for the missing insulation.

I spoke to a neighbor who used the same company to enclose their porch, and they also complained about a lot of responsiveness in phone calls.

It was perfect. Installation is beautiful and Premier was very professional. Everything went well. The owner came out the next day to inspect the work. We absolutely love this and quot;additionand quot; to our house and would highly recommend it. We had several estimates and Premier was the best by far! Installation was scheduled as soon as materials arrived and crew was at our house before 8:00 AM. They cleaned up really well. Everyone from start to finish was very friendly. Would definitely use again.

It was a very positive experience. Jack was very helpful.

Overall, I had very good experience with this company.

In July, and quot;Jackand quot; from Premier Glass and Screen came out to inspect the defective window, measure it for replacement, and provide me with an estimate. Satisfied with the estimate, we scheduled the window replacement for the next time I would be in Ocean City, Maryland.

The two installers arrived at my condo exactly on time at 9:00 a.m. and immediately got to work. They worked efficiently and competently to remove the defective window and ensure the replacement window fit perfectly. Even though the installers had and quot;nine jobsand quot; scheduled for that day, they did not rush the job and provided a quality window installation experience. The installers cleaned up nicely around the work area before they left. Following the window replacement, and quot;Jackand quot; and and quot;Nicoleand quot; at Premier Glass and Screen ensured that I received an itemized paid invoice by email that I needed to file a warranty claim with another company that installed the original windows. All in all, I had a very satisfactory experience with Premier Glass and Screen and would recommend them to anyone in need of glass work.

They have great service and great prices. They make house calls so they can make templates and I had the top in two weeks.

DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE IN GETTING STARTED, ABOUT 3 WEEKS AFTER THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD START, BUT THE WORKMANSHIP APPEARS TO BE EXCELLENT. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.
