"Our kitchen flooring was replaced with LVP Josh and Andrew did an excellent job. They’re perfectionists looking at the details and going above and beyond. We’ve had them work for us previously and would hire them again. We highly recommend them."

"The Three Individuals that came to install the patio enclosure were very professional. Brian M., Connor B. And Bert started and completed the job in less than 2 days . I expected it to take at least a week. Nothing but top quality materials and knowledge of the workers a huge plus in dealing with this company.( Patio Systems) I would highly recommend them ..!!!!!"

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"We had a two man crew, Marvin and Diego. They arrived on time as promised. The men worked steadily through both days, removing my old porch screen and old wood. They installed new vinyl covered lumber and new screening. They also removed my old wooden screen door and put a lovely door in its place. Once the job was completed, they spent additional time cleaning up everything. The old parts were hauled away, all of the surfaces were wiped down, and we had a beautiful new living space. Marvin and Diego thank you for an excellent job. Great Outdoors, you guys are awesome. For some reason this review doesn't allow me to give 5 stars for quality, service and value, so I'll tell you here, I give 5 stars across the board."

"Called to have front exterior door replaced as this listing says they are 24/7. He stated that he does not have his guys work weekends therefore they are not a 24/7 operation.

"I just completed the job so I can not rate the job satisfaction it is too early to tell. I did not have an awning made. The job required gutters repair, replacement of storm and entry doors, and a replacement drain cap. So far items are holding up. Communication with the company was not satisfactory. Left many phone messages, one time did not reply to phone or email. And was late to the job once. They are trustworthy financially and I believe very knowledgeable."
