"Tony and I now have an on-going relationship after he dealt with problems with squirrels at another property that I own.  I recently moved into a new home and later heard a scratching sound inside my back wall.  I immediately contacted Tony to let him know what I was hearing.  As always, he returned my phone call quickly and made an appointment to inspect the area.  To my horror, he reported that the squirrels had made my new house (which had been unoccupied for over 5 years) their home in a ledge area off of my roof.  Tony provided pictures showing at least 4 nests along with a solution to resolve the problem.
The solution entailed first setting one way traps to ensure that all of the squirrels were out of the house.  He monitored the traps and once all of them were gone, cleaned out the area and sealed it.  I have not heard anything since the work was completed.  The clean up and sealing was handled in a professional manner and I was pleased with the work.
