"We hired Rob/Better Home Improvements to replace 1/2 of the wood roof on our house. They also power washed the other half of the roof, stained the entire roof, and power washed the house. Rob and his team did an excellent job. Rob was in constant communication with us, and was at our house nearly every day for 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours to oversee and check the workmanship. Rob brought us issues and made recommendations. As a result of his recommendations, we also installed leaf guards (they were installed just before a torrential rainstorm, and for the first time in years, we didn't have water pouring against our windows from our roof).
