"The door would not make the noise even though he opened and closed it many times to see if it would replicate the sound. So, he took the time to service the door and answer all my questions about what kind of lubricant to use and how to do it correctly. He was very courteous and professional. He told me to call if the sound returned and happy to say that 4 months later, it has not."
