The door would not make the noise even though he opened and closed it many times to see if it would replicate the sound. So, he took the time to service the door and answer all my questions about what kind of lubricant to use and how to do it correctly. He was very courteous and professional. He told me to call if the sound returned and happy to say that 4 months later, it has not.

I called 5 different providers on Dec 31st and Tim is the only one picked up my call. He primised to come at 10am on Jan 1st and he showed up 0950am! He fixed the problem very quickly and also spent extra time for further adjustment at around 0degF. Very nice guy and professional.

Called Tim in the morning. He explained he'd was doing an install in the neighborhood and he could swing by around 1:30 pm. Tim arrived with a helper and they looked the garage door, greased the track, added a couple of bolts to stabilize the track, and worked on the electronic eye which was acting intermediate. The garage door is running well and I am please. yes I would hie Big Guy again as I am a firm believer in hiring people who know what they are doing. I
