Get matched with top carpet installation pros in West Cornwall, CT

"Only negative . Did not advise 8 hour drying time. Should not walk on carpet for that time. Otherwise very efficient. Liked that they moved furniture . Would recommend and use service again"

"They did not come for the scheduled appointment for the carpet install. When I called to notify them no work was done they offered me a$100 credit since we took off work to be home for the appointment and needed to re schedule with them."

"Mr. Silva and his team handled power washing and deep interior cleaning of two houses in 3 days. The team showed attention to detail, and the difficult areas like corners and high points were as clean as the rest of the house. They communicated well about the schedule, they came when they said they would, and they finished on time. I would absolutely hire them again - Mr. Silva is the type of person you can give a job to, and he makes sure it gets done right. Thank you so much!"

"Got the project done quickly on our deadline with quality."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"I needed a new wall installed to create a more more private dining area in my store. Angi gave me a few options and Overstate stood out. They were knowledgable and thorough in their inspection and gave me a great estimate. Their team was professional and worked with my crazy schedule to get the job done. my customer love the new space and it elevate my business significanly. they were a great hire!"

"We are very happy with the quality of service. From the beginning, Seth explained in detail what our options were (materials needed, procedure and costs) and didn't try to force anything extra on us. They pulled the carpet, repaired the sub floor and laid the vinyl tiles all in one day while sending photos/videos regularly to update us on the status of the project. I definitely recommend them."
