"She did not respond promptly to my request. I wanted the cleaning done before an event. She did eventually corresponded but it was too late. They offered a free cleaning in addition to the original service order. I did have them come in to clean for the original service I paid for at angie's list site but decided against having them back for that free service offer. I wanted to establish a regular cleaning service. As I found them unreliable, I decided to go elsewhere."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "TJ did an excellent job doing some repairs in my house. He repaired some bathroom tub spouts and an interior garage door. He worked very hard on the spouts as they seemed to be cemented in. A lot of chiseling was required and took much longer than expected. Finished work was great. He repaired the garage with ease even though other contractors said the whole frame would have to be replaced. Kudos to TJ. Really enjoyed talking with him and will use him in the future for more home projects"

"I didn't use all 6 hours of service so they told me I couild use them again for balance.  I called and left msg and emailed them requesting additional work to be done to try to use the balance of time/money I hadn't used.  I never received a call back or an email.  I wouldn't use them again for this reason.  They also had to reschedule and took a while to come out to do the original job.
