"Y and M Air Duct cleaning provided an important service in a way that was transparent and professional. Our house is noticeably cleaner as a result of the service. They were punctual, polite and clean. They did not cut corners and showed me what they were doing and cleaning every step of the way. "Extremely professional and knowledgeable service. Colby and Eli came out for an estimate on Tuesday and came back Friday for service. We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned. They individually cleaned 24 vents and treated the system in just a little over 3 hours. They talked us through the whole process and showed plenty of before and after pictures. Would highly recommend!"

"I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
