"Perfectly. Matt Taylor, owner, was professional, courteous and thorough. He was extremely prompt in getting in touch with me when I contacted him through Angie's List and in setting up and conducting a free in-home estimate of the work I wanted done. While doing so I learned of a number of other cleaning services that he was able to perform and was delighted as I have had a lot of difficulty finding a business to do these deep cleaning jobs. And, so I was delighted about the number for things I actually needed to have done and which his business could take care of for me. Service date was set up promptly and at a time convenient for me. I recommend this business without reservation!"

"We had Mr David Saunders clean the carpeting in my mother’s home. Mom is 102 years old and lives at home. Mr Saunders was not only a gentleman, he spoke up so my mother could hear him. He treated her with utmost respect as he deep cleaned her carpeting. We are delighted with the result. The carpets are clean and sanitized and the house smells fresh. Mr Saunders went above and beyond. He is a trustworthy and hard working man with top of the line cleaning machine. Ihighly recommend this service."

"Y and M Air Duct cleaning provided an important service in a way that was transparent and professional. Our house is noticeably cleaner as a result of the service. They were punctual, polite and clean. They did not cut corners and showed me what they were doing and cleaning every step of the way. The world would be better if more contractors had Y and M's work ethic."

"I had neglected normal cleaning at my residence while tending to my 100 year old Grandmother. I hired Dell's Professional Cleaning to help. Delmi and a co-worker arrived on time, as scheduled and did a superb "top to bottom" entire home cleaning. I was very impressed with the bathroom and floor cleaning in particular. They did such a great job as well as gave me advice on some cleaning products and methods that they use. I am seriously considering using them on a regular basis, as they were such a great team and did so well."

"I did not feel that he did a thorough job and the rate for the time spent was outrageous. He is very polite and professional but he does not explain what he is going to do and products used. Superficially it looks clean but I do not think the inside was done as it should be."

"The tech was prompt and did quick work of cleaning and inspecting."
