As he told me: he wants the work but, working on jobs all day doesn't leave much time for getting back to quote request and questions. I think he could do a better job of communicating that up front (why he took a slight ding on my customer service rating) but ultimately I was really glad I waited him out. In short, I'd definitely recommend ESC for your household electrical work, just be patient with his getting back to you. I will likely hire him again."
