He does the work alone, showed up on time, does a timely, high-quality job and is friendly and considerate to my needs, as a COVID-19 Locked down, WFH customer and he also worked with me on the quote, to get the number where I needed it to be. Kevin *IS* his business, meaning he does the jobs by day and the and invoicing and estimates by night. As he told me: he wants the work but, working on jobs all day doesn't leave much time for getting back to quote request and questions. I think he could do a better job of communicating that up front (why he took a slight ding on my customer service rating) but ultimately I was really glad I waited him out. In short, I'd definitely recommend ESC for your household electrical work, just be patient with his getting back to you. I will likely hire him again."
