"Had an appointment on Monday for them to show between 12-2 and I waited until 3:15 before I had to call them and reschedule until next day because they did not show up within the window they gave me. Next morning I had a window from 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they finally showed up. Then the price quoted to remove an old refrigerator was crazy high but I paid it because I had to get it out. The need to be more punctual and offer better and upfront pricing. I probably wont use them again."

A hex wrench can help.

The most common garbage disposal size in the U.S. is 1/2 horsepower. This size is ideal for households with three or fewer people or those that don't produce much food waste. You must have enough space in the cabinet underneath your sink to accommodate the disposal's housing. A larger model may not fit in a compact cabinet or if the existing plumbing is arranged in an unusual way. Before buying a new garbage disposal, measure the available space under your sink. If you are replacing an old unit, it's often easiest to choose a new model of a similar size.
