They did a better job than I expected, making sure we were satisfied, explaining exactly what they were going to do ever step of the way. "Alex and his crew were fantastic. They were on time, worked very hard and each day they left the site completely cleaned up, including the driveway where they mixed the concrete. They were complete professionals! I had a few small additional things I wanted him to do and he did them without any new charges. Prior to having Alex install the drains and do the other repairs we would always have water coming into our basement, sometimes substantial amounts of water. It has now been about a month since he did the job and we have had two big rain storms and our basement is completely dry thanks to Alex's great work. Alex is very easy to work with and has an old school work ethic, and there were no surprises or over charges. He's a straight shooter. I will be having Alex do more work for us next spring. John"

"I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate."
