    Tony is not an ordinary contractor, he is a gem! We hired Tony to screen in our back porch in early March, because he was the only person who was willing to help us with a previous excavating job. When we were having trouble finding reliable people to do this job, we remembered that Tony mentioned that he enjoyed building decks and contacted him. We hoped that the new space look similar to the rest of the house with some large skylights to make it look more like a sunroom. Oh boy, after 2 months of meticulous work, he delivered an absolutely gorgeous room. He added a roof and build a crazy solid structure around the porch. He added four large skylights. This has really increases the utility of this space and in fact has become our new favorite space of the entire house. Now we are just in time to enjoy the outdoor feeling without annoying bugs. Tony's price is completely reasonable and he is super nice to all our kids. We feel so lucky that we find him and certainly trust him with any projects for our house. We will highly recommend Tony for your home

    Outstanding! Gove Restoration is an outstanding contractor. From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. My only regret is not using Gove Restoration sooner! I look forward to our next project together

    We're super happy with the bathroom and bedroom remodel Morbis completed. Work was done timely, in budget, and the workers were clean/organized which we appreciated. Often times you are worried with construction of what you're going to get- we plan to use the team for all of our remodels moving forward!! Love the shower tile the most!! **Also we had a piping issue (The pipes in our wall were too old and all needed to be replaced). we were informed immediatly and were able to assess cost/timeline to make sure we were still happy.     I will start out by saying, I wish there were more start to describe my experience in working with Rosado Custom Homes and Victor. We recently bought a single family home and worked with Victor and his team to add/repair/upgrade a bunch of things in the house before we moved in. Here are a few things I want to highlight about that experience: 1. Super-responsive: Victor was super-responsive right from the first email I sent him to request a quote. He always responded promptly to all my questions. 2. Timely: The project was completed in a very timely fashion. I had heard of many horror stories from others about delays and we were already working on a tight timeline. Victor and team completed the work within the agreed upon timeframe. 3. Knowledgeable: Victor helped us in making several decisions regarding the repairs/additions. He is super knowledgeable and made several suggestions along the way that helped us do things the "right" and most efficient way. 4.     Cristina Costa and Fellippe contacted me by text on February 2, 2021. They came to our house on February 10th to give us an estimate. On February 4 th we got an estimate of $18,750. On February 19th they asked for $500 to hold the price. During the month of February we picked out fixtures, tile and vanity choices. We planned on demolition in April. We paid $8,875 for materials but Cristina was still getting information on medicine cabinets and vanities. May, June and July nothing happened Many excuses but nothing was done Finally on July 30th I asked for our money back. She stated she would return the money.     Our relationship with Exteriors of CT started in 2018 when I first moved to CT and needed the windows replaced in the house I just purchased. I met with 3 companies and got 3 quotes, Exteriors of CT wasn't the cheapest quote, but that was because they included far more in their quote. They not only replaced all of our 28 windows (including the removal of old storm windows) but they also replaced our rotting trim and vinyl wrapped it to ensure it looked amazing and wouldn't rot again. While they were working on my windows a storm blew through and my roof started leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. The Exteriors employee at my house that day actually climbed onto my roof and applied tar to the leaking area to hold me over until I could afford to replace my roof! Naturally I hired them to replace it a year later! They did such an amazing job on both my windows and roof that in 2021 they were the first company that I asked for a quote from for vinyl siding. I again got 3 quotes and Exteriors was only 2K higher than my lowest quote, but they again had included more. Of course I hired them for my siding job too. They had to remove a massive amount of old cedar shake siding, replace a large amount of rot, retrim all the windows they had just trimmed in 2018, and my house couldn't look better! I had MULTIPLE people stop when they would see me in the yard and ask me for the name of my siding company! I happily referred them to Exteriors of CT. It's been 6 months with our new siding and we couldn't be happier
