Changed oil, spark plug. Pulled carburetor and found it dirty and fouled. Got used one from his shop(same day) and installed. Gen started right up on one or two pulls. Battery was dead but showed us how to replace. Highly recommend Frank’s Generator."

He showed up on time. He called to say he was on his way. He works very efficiently and is very clean. He was very respectful wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. I called him back for an issue a month later that had nothing to do with what he did prior. It was a Saturday and he came right out for the issue. I was so surprised he was available on a Saturday. I will continue to use him for all my electrical needs and my family and friends will also be using him. He's fantastic!"
