Best window shutter repair pros near Goshen, CT

"Elvin is great. He fixed my wood double front doors and applied paint that I had picked out, as well as new handles/lock. He took his time, was very polite, and made sure everything was in order before in left. My front doors look amazing. Will be hiring him again for more work around the house. Also, his pricing was very reasonable and on point for the amount of repair and painting work he did."

"Home Genius was from beginning to end one of the most professional and efficient contractors I have ever worked with. I own my home and rental property and thus hire home installation and repair companies often. From their estimator/sales person to the project manager and installers they all went out of their way to communicate and address all questions I had about product, scheduling, warranty ect. They arrived on time and finished on time leaving my property impeccably clean with a reasonable invoice to be paid interest free over months. I just wish they did interior work !"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
