I have never done a professional carpet cleaning since I moved to my condo a few yrs. ago and after seeing the good reviews for this cleaner I contacted him. He gave me an appt. right away and was here at the agreed time. He took time to walked around and tell me what he could do to my carpets and what will not work.  He did a great job cleaning them because my carpets are kind of old. But after he was done, the carpets looked excellent compare to how they were.  I will continue using his cleaning services and will recommend him to my friends.

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned. They individually cleaned 24 vents and treated the system in just a little over 3 hours. They talked us through the whole process and showed plenty of before and after pictures.
