ErikasBestCleaningErika came to my rescue when I needed a deep cleaning done of my handicapped brother’s apartment. She took everything out of cupboards and cabinets and thoroughly cleaned. She moved all the furniture and the fridge to get to every corner. She had me buy a bunch of small and medium baskets and organized everything before putting items back in cupboards and closets making it easier for my brother to find food, spices and his medical supplies. She took extra time explaining and showing him where everything was placed. She even helped him sort thru clothes and separated out what needed to be laundered. Erika did a great job deep cleaning but she is also extraordinarily kind, caring and patient. She will now clean my brother’s apartment every week. I feel an enormous weight has been lifted knowing she will be there keeping his apartment clean and organized and letting me know if anything is needed. I would highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a house cleaning service. You will get your home thoroughly cleaned by someone who genuinely cares about the service she is providing.- Connie K.

SCAM! They take your money and then cancel their phone line. After charging my credit card and arranging a time, I received a text 20 minutes before the appointment saying it was cancelled due to a "pro call off", whatever that means. When I tried to respond to reschedule, the number is no longer in service. When I tried to email asking for a refund, they refused to refund my credit card because their fine print says I can't reschedule withing 24 hrs of the appointment...even though THEY were the ones that cancelled it. I've emailed twice for a refund with no result. I'm now contacting the state's consumer fraud hotline.
