This is a seller’s market and one of the top ways buyers are getting the short end of the stick is by having to assume risks that sellers push them to abandon inspecting with the threat of just going with another bid. "We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."
