I hired Ben on the spot, as his estimate was more than fair, compared to 3 other estimates I had gotten for this same job which were a lot higher. I called & spoke to Ben & he came out the very same day to give me an estimate, as he knew I was pressed for time since I had other contractors coming also (plumbing & flooring), to complete their work at this property.
