I am going to be finishing my basement in the future and wanted to get it looked at beforehand. Kevin did not try to sell me on anything and appeared very honest ( I feel that I can read people well and I felt comfortable with Kevin ). He made a few recommendations about fixing one of my basement walls that I knew was my problem area and made a suggestion about my concrete floor in my basement if I am going to carpet it in the future.
