They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"This was the best experience! I really didn't want to go to any of the big national companies and the small local ones wouldn't return our calls. From the first moment to the very end, I was impressed with every step. We did have to wait 6 months from order to install, but that had a lot to do with winter months. And I received check in calls from the company to update me along the way. I never felt that I needed to check up on them. Even when the unforeseen problems happened- as always happens in construction- he was very communicative and gave us options to the setbacks and let us decide on the solution. "Not good at all. The guy came in and started telling me as soon as he walked in, I needed new windows (The ones I currently have are only 2 years old) Again, he was there for a siding estimate. The rep (Part owner he said) was kind of belligerent and fairly pushy. His estimate was WAY, WAY unreasonable: $25,000 for a 1400 sf home? I think not! (which the estimate was scribbled out on a driveway company scratch pad) Very unprofessional in my opinion. Only one choice of siding, a few color options. The financing options were a joke."

"Disappointed in the quality of the work. Already had to repair a poorly installed gate. The bolts are too long and are poking out the other side. Took a very long time for the job to be completed and they asked for the balance due prior to finishing the project. Never came back to secure the wire fencing and cut to make even with the rail. The wire was not pulled tight and is wavy. Maybe fencing is not their thing. Nice folks but I cannot recommend them."
