"Miera & Son Construction is the best you can find. We had an unused room ( Kind of a storage room) in our daughters' bedroom. Brock and his crew did a wonderful job changing that room into a beautiful bathroom and adding a wardrobe. Looks like it always has been there. He and his crew are courteous, professional, details oriented, and always available to hear your requests and make them happen. Brock will help with great ideas and suggestions. The one and only I would trust to do future work. Thank you we appreciated all the work in a timely matter and highly detailed."

"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."

Mike helped with exterior trim and paint, as well as adding pine wood to the ceilings and walls inside to match the original wood. Mike is an excellent carpenter and all around worker. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again."

The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."
