"What a fabulous experience it was working with Mark and his team. Mark (the owner) responded within hours of my email inquiry as to his availability. Returned a competitive quote for materials and labor to prep, power-wash, and spray linseed oil on 4 wood buildings/structures on a large property in Del Norte. Communication was over the top! He sent daily progress pictures and was always available when I reached out. Mark ended up doing another project on the property as well. He replaced/rebuilt from scratch, a 50+ ft walkway that was in between 2 structures. Looks AMAZING! He also removed a wasp nest on one of the structures that was the size of a basketball! "had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.
