We chose VIP Plumbing and James Cook responded with Robert to rescue us. They assessed the job gave a bid and ordered a new Navien Combo-Boiler faster than we had any hope to get heat again! They were very professional in all regards. James told me to keep his card handy and I did the next day we had a major drain clog in our 50 year old pipes! "Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
He made sure the drain was working and the were no debris holing anything up.He clean my mess and his mess, very tidy.

They weren't the lowest bidder but their bid was detailed and they were excellent at what they do. They show up on time, work a full day. My fence required a lot of cutting and welding of steel. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned the area up each day as they were working. I would hire them again."
